Window Shoppers

16x20 inches . . . . . acrylic on canvas, 2003

I saw these two on a late summer afternoon from across the street at Fisherman’s Wharf. Each one is in his own world:  one still wanting to shop, the other just wanting to take a break with a cold drink. I painted the front of the van in the frame to give the painting the same feeling of seeing this from a distance as I had.
